Irish Concert with Charlie Zahm
Irish Concert with Charlie Zahm
In celebration of St. Patrick's Day, spend the evening on a musical journey through the Emerald Isle with performer Charlie Zahm. When Charlie was old enough to sing, he began appreciating the beautiful Celtic songs and melodies he first heard in the largely Scottish province of his mother's birth, Ontario, Canada. Keenly aware of his own heritage, which includes healthy doses of Scottish and Irish blood on both sides of his family, Charlie has collected several hundred popular (as well as beautiful and obscure) selections and now performs them for thousands of fans up and down the Eastern Seaboard and across America. This program is sponsored by the Friends of the Ocean County Library - Toms River.

Elemental Witchcraft – Fire
Elemental Witchcraft – Fire
An elemental witch is one who works with one specific element or all of the elements in order to manifest their desired results. Each element holds power and wisdom over a specific part of nature, which is why as witches we may call on all the elements when we want to perform ritual or create a spell. This series will aid you in beginning your journey, or serve as a refresher, through the pentacle path by focusing on one of the five elements in a non-denominational setting. This particular class will begin the circle by focusing on the Fire element. Do you think you’re an Fire elemental witch? Are you drawn to this element more than the others? Let’s find out together! We will discuss what the element of Fire rules over, correspondences such as deities, herbs, and crystals, how to connect with the element by examples of spells and activities, and then we will join in a brief meditation to begin your journey with the element of Fire! Some handouts will be provided but we strongly encourage you to bring a notebook dedicated to your pentacle path journey. TMI welcomes Ariel Tobin RM CCH, who has been a practicing […]
