Which house in the Downtown will shine the brightest? - Our annual Holiday Decorating contest is open to all of Downtown - No registration required. - Get out your garland, your lights and all your festive decorations. - The Downtown Business Improvement District crew will be on the lookout for their favorite, most creative, most exciting, home and business holiday displays. - Spread Holiday Cheer!
