ABC GLUTEN FREE Guest Speaker: Dana Fuggi Martin is host of abc gluten free the first live online cooking show about living a gluten free lifestyle, she is author of “In Sickness and in Health” a story about her vigilance through illness, she is product and recipe developer, and most of all survivor of multiple health challenges including a congenital heart defect, Hashimoto’s, and kidney failure. Dana is wife to an amazing husband and mother of two miracles. She grew up in the family restaurant business and learned that everything you put in your mouth matters and that’s what led her to become a health and beauty expert. Dana has multiple online businesses and consulting companies in the health and wellness industry. She found through a rough adulthood and losing many loved ones that what you feed your body can heal or hurt it, and she is determined to share what she has learned. She wants everyone to experience health and wholeness and through her app developed along with her husband, she teaches how to find wholeness physically, mentally, and spiritually. The study group will explore the basic shamanic journey, as well as trance posture, power animal journey, use of a spirit canoe, and the nature of the Upper, Middle, and Lower Worlds. With a raging bridezilla and an unenthused groom on the scene, it may be happily never after in this nuptial nightmare. Trade clues with your guests and help the hapless couple figure out whodunnit so they can say I do before the wedding hour passes them by! The bride and groom aren’t picky, so you can wear just about whatever you’d like. In fact, we encourage you to wear your own wedding dress or the most ridiculous wedding attire you can come up with. Join us as we paint a colorful GALAXY SCENE.  The class starts with a meditation focusing on feeling connected to the universe and magic around you. Gather your magic with us for a unique paint along class where we go through a painting calling in your artistic power!  Music and light refreshments, set the mood for a relaxed environment, where an artist of any level can enjoy the relaxing experience of painting their interpretation of a design.  Classes run about 1.5-2 hours.  Arrival begins a half an hour before classes start.  All supplies are provided.  Medium will be acrylic on canvas.  Acrylic will stain, so while we provide aprons, please do not wear clothing that you are worried about getting paint on. $40 per person

Celebrate the first harvest with TMI! Our ancestors celebrated life together with the rhythms of each season. Many of these celebrations were interwoven and connected to nature and Earth’s natural cycles. Lughnasadh or Lammas Day is one of those celebrations, and known as the first Harvest. Today, we celebrate Lughnasadh as a way of honoring nature’s incredible fertile energy at harvest time, and as a way to connect with our natural world on a deeper, more meaningful level. Because by recognizing and celebrating the little shifts in Earth’s natural rhythms, we can become more attuned to nature and feel more grounded in our everyday lives. Feel free to bring a small dish to share afterwards.
