Reiki is the universal (REI) life force energy (KI) that flows thru, in and around the universe and all of creation. It is the non-physical energy that maintains the physical body and is able to heal the body, mind and spirit on all levels. Reiki has a very specific vibration, and to use it, one must receive training and an attunement from a Reiki master/teacher. Although there are many different systems of Reiki, they are the same as much as they are different. Reiki will always follow the intent to heal - it can do no harm. It knows where the healing is needed and will flow to that area without any added intent from the practitioner.
