Join us as we paint a colorful GALAXY SCENE.  The class starts with a meditation focusing on feeling connected to the universe and magic around you. Gather your magic with us for a unique paint along class where we go through a painting calling in your artistic power!  Music and light refreshments, set the mood for a relaxed environment, where an artist of any level can enjoy the relaxing experience of painting their interpretation of a design.  Classes run about 1.5-2 hours.  Arrival begins a half an hour before classes start.  All supplies are provided.  Medium will be acrylic on canvas.  Acrylic will stain, so while we provide aprons, please do not wear clothing that you are worried about getting paint on. $40 per person

Come to our action-packed dinner show featuring our version of the "Elvis Tribute Show. Elvis is in the building, as Evan Mills, performs a tribute to the King of Rock and Roll! Please join the Mathis House a dinner prepared by a gourmet chef, A Matter of Taste, for warm bread, soup, salad, Chicken Francaise, penne vodka, sausage and peppers, and variety of desserts. The dinner includes coffee, tea or soda & your own. The cost is $50 per person plus tax and gratuity. The best dressed in 50's attire will be entered to win an overnight stay at the Mathis House! Celebrate the first harvest with TMI! Our ancestors celebrated life together with the rhythms of each season. Many of these celebrations were interwoven and connected to nature and Earth’s natural cycles. Lughnasadh or Lammas Day is one of those celebrations, and known as the first Harvest. Today, we celebrate Lughnasadh as a way of honoring nature’s incredible fertile energy at harvest time, and as a way to connect with our natural world on a deeper, more meaningful level. Because by recognizing and celebrating the little shifts in Earth’s natural rhythms, we can become more attuned to nature and feel more grounded in our everyday lives. Feel free to bring a small dish to share afterwards.

The Mathis House is celebrating it's 125th Birthday.
