Pressed For Beauty: A Two-Part Pressed Flower Class @ TRAC
TRAC- Toms River Artist Community 40 Main Street, Toms River, NJ, United StatesDiscover the art of flower pressing in this creative two-part workshop exploring the timeless art of flower pressing. Your instructor, Simone Sheppard will demonstrate how to press flowers using different techniques, tips and tools. Then, over the next 6 weeks, students will collect and press their own blooms to bring to the second session. You’ll use your flowers to create beautiful handmade cards and bookmarks. Most materials will be provided. Just bring your pressed treasures and creativity! Students need to bring a small pallet knife or butter knife and scissors.
