    Soar into creativity with our magical “How to Paint Your Dragon” acrylic painting party! Inspired by the newest “How to Train Your Dragon” movie. This all ages event invites you to paint your very own “Toothless The Dragon” rendition. Each participant will receive a pre-drawn canvas, no experience necessary.

    Bring your little princess to join the Princess Cindy for a special tea time at the Historic Mathis House Victorian Tea Room. The tea time includes an appearance from our Princess that will sing songs, read a story and take pictures with your children. Enjoy warm scones with clotted cream and homemade cupcakes with cold and hot tea. The mansion is perfectly decorated and a place that brings smiles and memories.   • Pressed For Beauty: A Two-Part Pressed Flower Class @ TRAC

    Discover the art of flower pressing in this creative two-part workshop exploring the timeless art of flower pressing. Your instructor, Simone Sheppard will demonstrate how to press flowers using different techniques, tips and tools. Then, over the next 6 weeks, students will collect and press their own blooms to bring to the second session. You’ll use your flowers to create beautiful handmade cards and bookmarks. Most materials will be provided. Just bring your pressed treasures and creativity! Students need to bring a small pallet knife or butter knife and scissors. Simone will bring some extra press flowers in case you’re not happy with your results. Ages: 14 and Up MEMBERS: $60 NON-MEMBERS: $70
