Downtown Shops Activity Room 53 Main Street, Toms RiverPlease bring a blanket, towel or cushion to sit/lie on if you are able to sit on the floor. Chairs will also be available. If you would like to bring a percussive instrument, you are welcome. The study group will explore the basic shamanic journey, as well as trance posture, power animal journey, use of a spirit canoe, and the nature of the Upper, Middle, and Lower Worlds.
