Downtown Toms River is celebrating the start of Spring on Saturday, April 9th from 1pm-8pm.  Join our downtown businesses, for a fun day of food, drinks, music, and vendors!  Washington Street will be closed between Main St. and Robbins St.  So head downtown and lets welcome in the longer days and warmer weather!
