Join The Downtown Toms River Business Improvement District for a Winter Wonderland Village. The courtyard at Town Hall will be transformed into a Winter Wonderland Village. Vendors will be selling great gifts for the holiday season. Kid’s activities, s’mores station, holiday music and more. Food trucks and downtown businesses will be open.
