Meet Your Shadow

According to Dr. Nicole LePera, “Your shadow self is the part of you that you have denied or repressed since childhood.” Join me in reconnecting with your inner child while we explore your traits, values, and characteristics to fully uncover your shadow self. Are there aspects of you that you feel you have hidden from others or yourself? This workshop will be the place to explore these emotions.
We will be following along with Dr. Nicole LePera’s Shadow Work outline. This will be a deepening workshop in which some aspect of yourself might be difficult to face. Please be aware of the level of comfortability you have sharing with others in a group. This will consist of 4 group sessions that will each last about 1.5 hours. We invite you to reserve your spot for all four classes in this intensive shadow work journey. Due to limited space, once the group is full, registration will close until the next offering. The same participants will be in each session to foster a supportive and healing environment. We aim to create a comfortable space that encourages your personal growth and transformation.

I am the owner of New Moon Counseling, LLC, a virtual private practice serving adults in New Jersey and Florida. My goal is to assist my clients in becoming their true selves. I focus on shadow-work, mindfulness, and holistic treatment styles. My goal is to incorporate the mind, body, and spirit. My clients can expect supportive compassion and empathy while also being challenged. We all have the power within us to make positive changes, learn about ourselves, set goals, and feel better. You don’t have to wait any longer for help. I hope to guide you into your own transformation.
