Join The Downtown Toms River Business Improvement District every Friday evening, 5pm-9pm for Downtown Night Out. Restaurants throughout the district will be open for outdoor dining and a section of Washington Street will be closed for some to expand their outdoor dining. Please call restaurants for reservations. We ask everyone to please adhere to all social distancing guidelines.
