PARTICIPANTS: Rally on Hadley Ave. beginning at 4PM.
Take your place in the queue, where officers and event staff will direct you down HOOPER and onto WASHINGTON ST.
Cars will be placed by the 6PM Start-time.
NO LATE ENTRIES
