Ocean Partnership for Children is part of the New Jersey Children's System of Care, under the New Jersey Department of Children and Families. OPC provides care management services to over 1,000 youth and their families in Ocean County every day. The agency's care managers use a national model approach called wraparound to provide a variety of in-home services to help youth stay at home, in school and in the community. Each youth and family develops an Individualized Service Plan with their care manager to help them succeed and achieve their family's vision and goals. Services are provided at no cost to the youth and family as they are provided through Medicaid billing.
Ocean Partnership for Children is headquartered at 36 Washington Street in downtown Toms River. The agency brings over 100 staff to the downtown area and local businesses. OPC is a private nonprofit organization with oversight from a volunteer Board of family members, provider agencies and community members interested in helping children and youth.
