DESCRIPTION:Join Toms River resident Lisa Pepper as she joins forces with this incredible team of Global Pound Pros\, Tour Crew and Icons as they come together to strike against Breast Cancer. Help them as they make noise during the 1st annual POUND 4 PINK NJ\, at the beautiful Downtown Dance Academy located in Toms River\, NJ. Music will be provided by KEC Entertainment\, Toms River\, who has graciously donated their time and talents for this event. A special shout out to Garden State Distillery\, they are donating 20 percent of their days sales for this event. We will be heading over after for some drinks to raise our glasses to kicking cancer to the curb. (Non alcoholic drinks are also available.) \nOctober is Breast Cancer Awareness Month—this is an annual campaign that informs people about breast cancer risks\, the value of screening and early detection\, and treatment options available to women and men who are diagnosed. More than a million women are diagnosed with breast cancer worldwide every single year\, and each must find a way to heal from the physical and emotional scars that breast cancer brings. \nNew to POUND?\nInstead of listening to music\, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio\, conditioning\, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements.
