Artist and Vendor Opportunities

Attention!  Vendors, Artists and Crafters!

The Harvest Arts Festival is the fall event on Downtown Toms River's exciting 2019 schedule of festivals from May through October, from the Official NJ State Chili & Salsa Cook-off, the new Summer in the Street Festival in July and the popular Cruisin' Downtown

The Harvest Arts Festival, as with all the Downtown Toms River events, takes place on Washington Street, the main “hub” of our downtown area. The programs are designed to enhance community relations for local residents, tourists and business professionals.

These events take place right in the middle of downtown on Washington Street and draw thousands of visitors!

All vendors must be approved in advance, due to limited space and duplication requirements. Upon approval, you will be notified by email with instructions to complete the registration and send payment. For your convenience, we offer online payment option through PayPal! | Fee Schedule
